Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the services at Nizaam.online (or associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Software Usage & Subscriptions
Nizaam grants store owners a non-exclusive, revocable license to access the cloud ERP application. Users are provided a 3-day free evaluation period, after which an active subscription (Starter, Best Value, or Lifetime) is required to maintain access to advanced features.
3. Responsible Use & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products sold, tax calculations (e.g. Sales Tax / GST), and customer billing practices comply with the applicable commercial laws and tax regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
4. Account Security
Store owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and staff access pins. Nizaam is not liable for unauthorized transactions conducted through compromised cashier passwords.
