At Nizaam Technologies (operated by Moiz Digital Services), we understand that your retail sales data, customer phone numbers, inventory cost prices, and profit figures are highly confidential business assets. We do not sell, rent, or trade your store data to third-party advertisers or competitors under any circumstances.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Store name, owner email address, mobile phone number, and branch addresses.
• Transactional Data: Sales invoices, product barcodes, stock levels, supplier records, and customer credit (Udhaar) ledgers.
• Technical Telemetry: Browser type, IP address, and POS terminal session tokens used strictly for authentication and fraud prevention.

3. Data Storage & Encryption

All store database records are hosted on encrypted edge infrastructure powered by Turso LibSQL with continuous zero-loss replication. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard scrypt algorithms with unique cryptographic salts.

4. Customer Data Rights

You retain 100% ownership of your store data. You can export your sales reports, product inventory, and customer lists to CSV/Excel at any time, or request complete account deletion by contacting support at privacy@nizaam.online.
